Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PolyEdge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading software and to trade on prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. The Service

PolyEdge provides automated trading bots that interact with Polymarket on your behalf using credentials and wallet keys that you supply. PolyEdge is a software tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and it does not take custody of your funds.

Bots can be run in paper (simulated) mode or live mode. Live mode places real orders using your own funds.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategy descriptions, leaderboards, and performance figures are informational only. You are responsible for every trading decision and configuration you make.

5. Trading Risk

Trading on prediction markets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital. Automated strategies can fail, behave unexpectedly, or compound losses quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your wallet keys and API credentials, for funding your own account, for monitoring your bots, and for the configuration you choose. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyEdge and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
