Account data: your wallet address and any profile details you provide (such as a display name or avatar).

Configuration data: the bot settings, watchlists, and strategy parameters you create.

Usage data: trades placed through the Service, performance metrics, and operational logs used to run and improve the product.

Payment data: subscription status and on-chain payment references. We do not store full card numbers.

3. Wallet Keys & Credentials

Any private keys or API credentials you supply are used only to operate your bots. We do not sell them, and we never display them back in full. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure, and you can remove them at any time from your settings.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the bots you configure, display your portfolio and performance, process subscriptions, provide support, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting and payment infrastructure), and where required by law. Leaderboard participation is optional and only shows the information you choose to make public.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we are required to keep.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Choices

You can edit your profile, opt in or out of the public leaderboard, remove stored credentials, and stop your bots at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
